*Job Summary*
Clerical knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, data entry and other office procedures and legal terminology.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
\* Review file notes and taking proper direction from legal staff and attorneys
\* Entering large quantities of confidential data
\* Generate legal documents
\* Work simultaneously on multiple functions
\* Work with Judicial Assistants and in-house Paralegals
\* Complete paperwork electronically
\* Adhere to compliance guidelines and escalating errors to management
\* Review supporting documents received by client and task files accordingly
\* Assess files for further activity and transfer data from one system to another
\* Demonstrate teamwork by assisting peers, as per leadership assignment
\* Perform all duties as assigned
\* Demonstrate personal best behaviors when performing work
*Qualifications and Skills*
\* High school diploma or equivalent
\* Minimum 2 years office experience
\* Preferred typing speed of 45 words per minute
\* Experience in the legal field a plus
\* Employer has attendance standards
\* Must be organized and detail oriented
\* Must meet deadlines
\* Valid Driver's License and access to transportation/vehicle; employer does not provide
\* Background Check Required
\* Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
\* High technical competence with emails, attachments and use of imaging equipment
