RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
General secretarial duties include the maintenance of case files and paperwork for attorney’s trial schedules; preparation of motions, orders, notices, jury instructions, and other documents as needed; answer incoming calls; maintain attorney's calendars for SAIs, Depos, and court appearances; filing, imaging, data entry, front desk backup, and other duties as requested.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent people, organizational, and multitasking skills along with the ability to interface effectively with outside agencies and defense attorneys.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalency and one year of secretarial/clerical experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
DESIRED SKILLS
The candidate must have a good working knowledge of STAC, the Clerk’s database, Imaging and Word, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
