-adjustable bench with preacher curl and leg curl/ leg extension attachment - 7 ft 45 lb Olympic Barbell with spring clips, and Olympic EZ curl bar (for biceps and tricep work ) - 85 lbs of Olympic weights plates I have more weights available if needed, 45/35/25/10/5 (You can load the leg attachment and the pulley system with either 2” hole Olympic weights or standard weights with 1” holes , they have adapters.
