We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team in Titusville, FL.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery to our residents.
What You'll Do:
Perform administrative assistant functions, including record-keeping, filing, data entry, and account collections for delinquent resident accounts.
Maintain accurate resident account information in the computer database.
Conduct research on any account discrepancies regarding payment to resident or vendor accounts.
Answer telephone calls promptly and handle messages courteously, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Respond to emails within 24 hours, ensuring efficient communication with residents and stakeholders.
Collaborate with leasing and maintenance staff to handle maintenance requests, lease information, lease renewals, and other property-specific forms in a timely manner.
Assist in touring and leasing occasional walk-in traffic when leasing staff is unavailable.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 1-year prior experience in a related position.
Working knowledge of computer and associated programs, particularly MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage workload effectively.
Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with residents, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative and organized environment.
