Dog for rehome (Cocoa)

I need to rehome my dog.
We went and got him from a shelter.
He's chipped he's a good dog,good with our kids,good with other dogs.
We didn't know we couldn't have big dogs at our apartment landlord seen him and informed us that we couldn't have him.
He's giving us 2 weeks to get rid of him or we're gonna get evicted.
I hate to get rid of him he's such a great dog.
His name is Teddy.
just to get him from the shelter.
I want him to go to a home that will love him.
Don't want to take him to another shelter beings he spent most of his life in one.
He's really a sweetheart kills me to have to get rid of him.
