*Key Qualifications:*
* GM Master Certification required
* Expertise in Electric Vehicles (EV), Engine, Transmission, and Drive Train systems required
* ASE Master Certification (Preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and diagnostic abilities

* Effective communication and customer service skills
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of GM vehicles, with a primary focus on Electric Vehicles (EV), Engine, Transmission, and Drive Train systems
* Utilize advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues
* Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
* Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and GM-specific advancements
* Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
