ARES is seeking Training Management and Coordination candidates to support digital engineering and transformation of United States Space Force launch range assets and infrastructure.
This individual will support the development and evaluation of training programs and activities.
These activities include conducting needs analyses, designing custom courses, developing criteria for evaluation of course objective effectiveness, and evaluation of learning assessments.
This individual will collaborate with the customer to develop and enhance learning objectives and course content.
This may include computer-based training, lab exercises, lectures, and web-based training.
Positions are available at Patrick Space Force Base, FL and Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.
Multiple levels of the position are available.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field of study.
Experience support a Department of Defense environment, including applicable terminology, regulations, and policy.
Experience support a range of learning environments, including web-based and classroom.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
