You will need to be able to lead the kitchen team by setting the standard when it comes to food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and teamwork.

*Kitchen Manager's Responsibilities:* * Manage / oversee kitchen staff * Control flow and ticket times * Write prep sheets and oversee food preparation * Oversee food specs * Maintain correct food temperatures / conduct quality assurance checklists * Verify and teach portion control * Write kitchen schedules / write and update a labor pro forma * Place and receive food orders * Train kitchen staff on all aspects of the restaurant * Store food products in compliance with safety practices * Bi-weekly inventories *Kitchen Manager's Requirements:* * Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager * Hands-on * Knowledge with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations * Excellent organizational skills * Conflict management abilities * Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment * Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.
00 - $52,000.
00 per year *Salary + bonus program + paid vacation + opportunity for growth.
