Job Summary:
The Kiwi Racquet and Fitness Club is seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage operation.
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the front-of-house staff, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Oversee the seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift
- Coordinate with catering department for special events or large parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant POS management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee development
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations is preferred
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
