Recommendations for someone to hang Xmas lights

Found out this is my mom’s last Xmas.
Her favorite holiday every year.
I am moving her in with me in 2 weeks.
Trying to get someone to come put up lights (and agree to come back by 2nd week of Jan to remove) for me as I just won’t have the time before hand with everything going on to get her moved.
I’ll buy the lights.
You can keep them when you remove them in Jan too.
I have a 2 story town house.
Need lights on each floor (Top of roof, Then a window thing that sticks out on roof, then main level) and strung down the fence.
Will have lights and a few signs and things to throw in the yard etc.
just need it to be obnoxious for my farewell for my mom.
