JOB TITLE: Maintenance Administrator
JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the administration and maintenance logs of the Facilities and Maintenance Department.
This Department oversees, supports, and coordinates the general maintenance, repairs, and improvements of the 7 company’s buildings, equipment, and numerous CNC machines.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools
High level Microsoft Office skillset
Highschool diploma or GED
PREFERRED SKILLS
Project management experience
Purchasing/sourcing experience
SAP and QuickBooks experience
Asset Essentials (CMMS), Asana and Smartsheet’s knowledge
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
CORE DUTIES
Maintains Repair and Maintenance ticket system.
Coordinating CNC machine troubleshooting including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Coordinating facility systems troubleshooting to include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and mechanical repairs.
Coordinating special projects and improvements to include manual machining, welding, carpentry, remodeling, painting, flooring, general hardware, and building cleanliness.
Creates and tracks maintenance work orders and provides updates as requested.
Sourcing and recording of supplies, tools, and materials for maintenance projects.
Tracking of expenses and employee time logs for projects.
Tracking maintenance projects from inception to resolution.
Requesting expense approvals on all purchases from the CEO.
Maintaining communication with purchasing and accounting departments across all the Diamondback companies.
Maintains equipment logs.
Assist GM of Facilities & Maintenance with any clerical or administrative tasks as needed.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.
Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
